Plan your project the most effective way with our scoping sessions and avoid mistakes that could cost you money and even your business itself!
The very first step of the software product development phase. This involves gathering all the information about the project, such as its vision and scopes. As soon as you sign up for the workshop, we assemble a team and take a few days (depending on the complexity of your niche and product) to study and research your business and its requirements.
The team members vary from one project to another but usually it contains software developers, solution architects, product engineers, UX/UI and graphics designers, DevOps engineers, quality and product and/or project managers.
Once ready, we arrange for a meeting to run the workshop that may last between two to five days and even more based on how complex the end product might be.
The main focus here is to delve deeper into the nature of the product, determine how to make it more user-friendly, write software requirements specifications, pick a tech stack, define the roles and responsibilities of the development team, and project the cost and timeline.
Aside from the obvious ones like how long the project will take to finish or what role every developer should have, here are some more questions to ask yourself –
Each of these factors is crucial because they ultimately determine how effectively and efficiently the digital product might be designed and developed. This in turn will have a direct impact on the ultimate user experience and your ROI.
When we are done with the workshop, you might be surprised to see how many gaps were there in your initial business processes and what you can do about them. Just keep an open mind because some of our recommendations may not suit your business plan or processes.
We suggest that do not take these gaps as hindrances but as an opportunity to improve the quality of the end product. The next step is where the technical prep work starts, the infrastructure is developed, and the actual testing and development begins.
You can try to avoid this workshop and go directly into the design and development phase. But there is a high possibility that you will miss out on many great opportunities to improve the solution’s quality before it even hits the market. You may also end up spending a lot more than you have expected.
Yes, that’s very much possible but there is a catch here – too many of these workshops will exhaust you from coming up with new ideas and solutions to add to the product. That’s why we do not recommend repeating a session on the same idea or product for more than twice.
Of course you can! This workshop is known to provide stunning results for both new ideas and existing products. Just give it a try and see the difference for yourself!
This depends on many factors, such as the type of service you are seeking from us, the research requirements, the number of hours, our team composition, and more. Please get in touch with us for a free budget estimation.
